Alex Burrows

Alex Burrows has extensive experience in customer service and account management within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Clio since November 2020, Alex has progressed through various roles including Intermediate Account Manager, Intermediate Customer Onboarding Specialist, and Customer Service Representative. Prior to Clio, Alex worked at Plusnet as a Technical Specialist from January 2017 to September 2020, and held the position of Account Executive at Shaw Communications from January 2014 to January 2016. Alex also gained experience as an Insurance Broker at ONE INSURANCE SOLUTIONS LIMITED from May 2012 to January 2014.
