Allison Jones

Allison Jones is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Senior Manager at Clio since May 2016, where leadership of an L&D team focuses on global onboarding, leadership development, and performance enablement. Prior to Clio, Allison held various roles at ArcelorMittal, including Manager and Program Manager in Learning and Development, as well as a Human Resources Business Partner. Allison's early career involved significant research roles, including a Graduate Researcher and Program Consultant at The London School of Economics and Political Science, and Research Assistant positions at the University of Victoria. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Organisational and Social Psychology from LSE and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from the University of Victoria.
