Brendan Gallagher

Brendan Gallagher has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Brendan started their career at Webroot in 2015, where they worked as a Customer Support Engineer, providing technical support for Windows, OSX, iOS, and Android environments to both consumer and enterprise customers. Brendan then progressed to the role of Global Escalation Engineer, handling escalated support cases and managing product defect reports and feature requests. In 2017, they were promoted to the position of Global Escalation Manager, where they continued to handle escalated cases and provided support for both consumer and enterprise customers. In 2018, Brendan joined Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology as a Data Migration Specialist. Brendan was later promoted to the role of Senior Data Migration Specialist in April 2021.

Brendan Gallagher attended Maynooth University from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering.
