Cinzia S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cinzia started their career as a Project Coordinator (Co-op) at Sustainable Waterloo Region in 2011, followed by a position as a Business Analyst (Co-op) at the University of Waterloo. In 2012, they worked as an Environmental Assistant (Co-op) at Global Wood Group.

Cinzia then joined Achievers in 2013 as an Employee Success Coordinator (Co-op) before transitioning to the role of Employee Success (HR) Coordinator in 2014. In this role, they built strong relationships with employees and leaders, designed training and development strategies, and administered the Achievers Employee Success Platform.

In 2015, Cinzia joined Clearpath Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator and later became a Human Resources Specialist. Their responsibilities included ensuring a positive employee experience, training managers on effective employee engagement practices, and developing performance feedback modules.
