Cormac Lawlor

Cormac Lawlor has diverse work experience, starting as a Chorus Member in various opera companies from 2013 to 2017. Cormac worked as a Soloist and Opera Studio Artist with different opera companies between 2017 and 2019. In 2019, Cormac took on the role of Baritone with the Irish National Opera. Additionally, they were a Tutor and Classroom Coordinator at Code Institute from 2019 to 2021. Cormac transitioned to the technology industry, working as a Software Engineer and Application Development Analyst at Accenture from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Software Developer at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology since 2022.

Cormac Lawlor received a Diploma in Software Development (Full Stack) from Code Institute in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music Performance, General from Dublin City University, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Cormac has obtained several certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Agile Project Planning, Agile Test-Driven Development, Introduction to Agile Software Development, and GDPR Staff Awareness.
