David Yuen

David Yuen, CPA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. David currently serves as the Controller at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology. Prior to this role, they worked as the Assistant Controller at the same company.

Before joining Clio, David was a Senior Financial Analyst at Amazon, where they provided financial analysis and support. David also held the position of Financial Analyst II at Amazon.

David started their career at Deloitte Canada, where they held various roles including Senior Associate in M&A Advisory, Senior Accountant, and Staff Accountant. Prior to Deloitte, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Tung & Co.

David also gained experience in project coordination as a Project Coordinator Intern at A Thinking Ape and market research as a Market Research Associate at Concerto Marketing Group.

Throughout their career, David Yuen has demonstrated their expertise in financial analysis, accounting, and financial management.

David Yuen, CPA completed their education at various institutions. David began their education at the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing and Psychology. David then pursued a Diploma in Accounting at The University of British Columbia in 2013-2014. Later, in 2016-2017, they attended the University of Saskatchewan and earned a Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) degree, specializing in Accounting. Additionally, they completed their Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) certification from CPA Canada in June 2019.
