Geoff Johnson

Geoff Johnson has a solid work experience in software development and management. Geoff is currently working as a Senior Software Developer at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at 7Geese as a Senior Software Developer from October 2019 to March 2021. Geoff also served as a Software Development Team Lead at Coanda Research and Development Corporation from June 2017 to October 2019. Before that, they held the position of IT Manager and Senior Software Developer at the same company from 2012 to 2017. Geoff started their career as a Junior Software Developer at Coanda Research and Development Corporation in 2006.

Geoff Johnson has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. Geoff began their educational journey at Camosun College from 2000 to 2002, where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. In 2004, they enrolled at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and obtained an Associate's degree in Robotics Technology/Technician, which they completed in 2006.

Building upon their previous knowledge, Geoff pursued a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Computer Science at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2017. This program provided him with a deeper understanding of computer science principles and technologies.

To further enhance their skill set, Geoff pursued additional short-term programs at Udacity. In 2018, they completed a Nanodegree in React, focusing on web development. In 2019, they enrolled in another Nanodegree program at Udacity, this time in Java Development, further expanding their expertise in this programming language.
