Graeme Sims has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Graeme began their career as a Sales Representative at Garrison Bespoke, where they provided wardrobe consulting and maintained strong client relationships. Graeme then moved on to Evolve Media, LLC, where they worked as a Publisher Services Manager, managing partnerships with Tier One publishers such as NBCUniversal and Warner Bros Entertainment. In 2018, they joined Apex Mobile as a Strategic Partnerships Manager. Graeme worked at Cue Digital in 2019 as an Account Executive, specializing in mobile and geo-location driven ad solutions. Later that year, they joined Wello Virtual Healthcare as a Business Development Representative and then became a Team Lead, Sales Development. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Vena Solutions in different roles, such as Sales Development Representative, Team Lead, Enterprise Sales Development, and Manager, Sales Development. Currently, they are with Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology as a Sales Manager, Business Development since 2023.

Graeme Sims obtained an Advanced Diploma in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from George Brown College in the years 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned another Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Humber College from 2013 to 2014. In addition to their education, Graeme Sims also obtained a certification in DFP Fundamentals for Traffickers from DoubleClick in October 2016.
