Helen Lu

Helen Lu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Helen is currently working as a Product Designer at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology since 2021. Prior to that, in 2020, they co-founded WeCare, a web app that connects volunteers with families in need of groceries. Helen designed the end-to-end workflow for the web app and successfully provided groceries to over 300 families and raised $5000+.

From 2018 to 2020, Helen worked as a UX Designer at Opus One Solutions, an enterprise start-up in the energy utilities industry. Helen'srole involved collaborating with product managers and engineers to discuss feature requirements and design ideas. Helen also supported the VP of Product in communicating the product vision and user journey.

Before that, from 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Product Designer at Sidekicker, an online platform for businesses in Australia and New Zealand to find and manage temporary staff. Helen collaborated with stakeholders to share ideas and co-design.

In 2016, Helen also worked as a UX Designer at Phoria, an immersive technology start-up. Helen contributed to the redesign of Captur3d, a booking management application.

Helen began their career as a Junior UX Designer at Capgemini in 2013. Helen provided expertise in UX methodologies, created wireframes, and facilitated client workshops. Helen later became an Associate Consultant, gaining experience across multiple industries and collaborating with clients on Salesforce CRM Implementation projects.

Overall, Helen Lu has demonstrated their skills and expertise in product design, UX design, and collaboration in various industries throughout their career.

From 2009 to 2012, Helen Lu attended The University of Auckland, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. Helen'sfield of study focused on Accounting and Information Systems.
