Jacob Weingarten

Sales Manager - Strategic at Clio

Jacob Weingarten has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jacob started their career in 2012 as a Key Account Manager at CEVA Logistics, where they managed key accounts and oversaw project management. In 2013, they joined TWC International Executive Search Limited as a Business Development Specialist, building a network of senior executives and managing executive search assignments.

In 2014, Jacob joined Mediaplanet as an Account Executive & Project Manager, where they researched, built, and executed cross-media advertising campaigns. Jacob quickly climbed the ranks and became a Senior Account Executive & Senior Project Manager, responsible for launching cross-media campaigns and acquiring key clients. Jacob then transitioned to a Business Development Manager role, overseeing a sales team and facilitating training and coaching. Eventually, they became a Senior Business Development Manager, achieving top revenue and facilitating millions in advertising sales.

From 2019 to 2021, Jacob worked at Cision Canada as the National Director for Agency and Mid-Market/Account Executives, overseeing strategic accounts and managing a team. Jacob then moved to Clearco in 2021 as a Manager of Mid-Market Investments, responsible for sales management. Jacob later became a Sales Manager, achieving success in this role.

Most recently, Jacob joined Clio, a cloud-based legal technology company, in 2022 as a Sales Manager - Strategic.

Jacob Weingarten has a Bachelor's degree in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from Queen's University. Jacob also has a degree in International Marketing from Humber College, which they completed between 2011 and 2012. Therefore, Jacob Weingarten completed their Bachelor's degree at Queen's University before pursuing a degree in International Marketing at Humber College.
