Joseph Given has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Sales Associate at Lucky Brand in 2012, where they exceeded sales goals. Joseph then worked as a Sales Associate at Target in 2013, where they interacted with customers and gained experience in various departments. From 2014 to 2017, Joseph worked at Apple, first as a Retail Specialist, where they provided product recommendations and support to customers, and then as a Technical Specialist, diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Joseph also served as a Genius Admin, overseeing repairs and providing feedback to team members. In 2017, Joseph joined Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, initially working as an Intermediate Customer Support Agent, identifying software issues and mentoring new hires. Joseph later became an Intermediate Customer Onboarding Specialist, conducting training sessions and managing customer portfolios. Currently, Joseph is a Customer Onboarding Team Lead at Clio. In addition to their professional work, Joseph is also a musician, performing as a solo singer, songwriter, and guitarist.

Joseph Given completed a Diploma in Business Management at Kwantlen Polytechnic University from 2011 to 2013. Joseph then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management at the same university from 2011 to 2016.
