Kate Kim

Kate Kim began their work experience in 2013 as a Marketing Assistant at UBC Continuing Studies. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing/Office Assistant at Disruptive Media Publishers, Ripe Rides, and Disruptive Interactive. From 2016 to 2017, they held the roles of Marketing Automation Coordinator and Marketing Operations Specialist at Colligo. In 2018, Kate worked as an Account Based Marketing Manager at Appnovation. Kate then progressed to the positions of Marketing Operations Manager, Senior Marketing Operations Manager, and Director of Marketing Operations at the same company. Currently, starting from February 2023, they are working as a Business Operations Manager at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology.

Kate Kim completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology at The University of British Columbia from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Langara College from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a University Transfer Program focused on Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution.

In addition to their formal education, Kate has obtained several certifications. Kate is a Certified OKR Professional, having completed the certification program at OKRsTraining.com in April 2023. Kate also holds the Principles of OKRs Certification from Quantive, obtained in March 2023. Furthermore, Kate completed the SheCodes Plus program at SheCodes in January 2023, and the SheCodes Basics program in October 2022. Kate also has certifications in B2B Oracle Eloqua Master, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, and Salesforce Pardot Specialist, although the specific dates of completion were not provided.
