Kate Rattray

Kate Rattray has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kate is currently a Content Strategist at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Legal Writer from January 2021. From September 2018 to May 2022, Kate served as a Legal Editor at the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC. Kate also has experience as an Associate Lawyer and an Articled Student at Race & Company LLP from May 2015 to August 2018. In addition, Kate worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law from May 2014 to April 2015, and as a Community Outreach Coordinator at Saskatoon Council on Aging Inc. from May 2013 to November 2013. Kate started their career as a Customer Support Representative at Abebooks (part of the Amazon.com group of companies) from July 2011 to July 2012, and prior to that, they were a Tier 1 Customer Support Representative at ParetoLogic Inc. from February 2009 to May 2011.

Kate Rattray has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours With Distinction in Political Science from the University of Victoria, from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Kate also holds an SEO Certification Course from HubSpot Academy, which they obtained in August 2022.
