Kerry O'Brien

Kerry O'Brien currently serves as the Manager of Learning & Development at Clio, a position held since October 2023 after transitioning from a Senior Manager role during a parental leave coverage. In this role, Kerry leads the Learning Experience team and has notably shaped the content strategy for the 2024 Team Day gathering. Prior to Clio, Kerry was the Lead of Talent Development at Axonify, focusing on personal development for employees and co-developing new organizational Mission/Vision/Values statements. Kerry's experience spans multiple roles at Shopify, including Learning Experience Designer and Senior Facilitator, where impactful learning experiences and digital program adaptations during COVID were implemented. Earlier career highlights include positions at D2L and Manulife, where training and leadership development strategies were effectively executed. Kerry holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education from Brock University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Waterloo.
