Lindsey Cavanagh

Lindsey Cavanagh has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lindsey is currently the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist (R&D) at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, Lindsey worked as the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Engineering) at Clio from October 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Clio, Lindsey was the Lead Recruiter - Product Engineering at Ada Inc from June 2020 to October 2020. Lindsey had previously worked at Ada Inc from February 2019 to April 2020, where they served as the Lead Recruiter for Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams.

From March 2018 to February 2019, Lindsey was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rubikloud Technologies, a Data Science company. Prior to that, they were a Senior Recruiter at GALE Partners, a business agency, from June 2015 to March 2018.

Lindsey's early career includes roles such as Creative Recruiter/Talent Agent at Vitamin T from October 2012 to June 2015 and Staffing Manager at OfficeTeam from July 2011 to October 2012. Lindsey also gained experience in the non-profit sector, working as a Special Events Assistant (Contract) and Communication Intern at the ALS Society of Canada in 2010.

Throughout their career, Lindsey has demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy, particularly in the technology and creative fields.

Lindsey Cavanagh completed a Bachelor's Degree at St. Thomas University (CA) from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they focused on Communications as their major and also pursued a minor in Journalism. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Western University from 2009 to 2010 to obtain a Post Degree Diploma in Public Relations.
