Lucas D. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

At Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, Lucas currently holds the position of Team Lead - Sales Development Representative. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Sales Development Representative and Sales Development Representative.

Lucas also held multiple roles at Mastermind Toys, including Assistant Store Director, Interim Store Director, Sales and Merchandising Manager, and Sales Associate. During their time at Mastermind Toys, they focused on providing exceptional customer service, managing sales and merchandising, and creating staff trainings.

Lucas also served as the President and Chief Financial Officer at Glendon College Student Union, where they oversaw and motivated members, negotiated contracts, and liaised with other student organizations and university departments.

Lucas worked as a Sales and Administrative Assistant at Demir Group International, where they assisted in B2B sales, represented luxury brands at trade shows, and consulted retailers on marketing and sales strategies.

Lastly, Lucas was a Marketing Assistant at All Sports Marketing Inc., responsible for training new interns, coordinating race kits, communicating with clients, and representing the brand at expos and races.

Lucas D. completed their high school education at Northern Secondary School from 2012 to 2016, earning a Highschool Diploma. Following that, they attended the Glendon Campus of York University | Campus Glendon de l’Université York from 2016 to 2021, where they obtained a Specialized Honors Bachelor's of Arts degree in International/Global Studies. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Lucas also pursued additional certifications. In August 2019, they completed the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) program at York University. Lucas also obtained certifications in Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED from the Lifesaving Society Ontario in August 2019. Furthermore, in March 2020, Lucas achieved the Smart Serve certification from The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
