Rahim Millious

Rahim Millious has extensive work experience in the cybersecurity and software development fields. Rahim is currently working as a Development Manager, Application Security at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ATB Financial where they held multiple roles including Senior Manager, Cyber Security and Security Assurance from July 2021 to June 2022, Senior Security Assurance Analyst from June 2020 to July 2021, and Security Assurance Analyst from October 2018 to June 2020. Before joining ATB Financial, Rahim worked at Dell EMC as a Senior Software Developer from October 2017 to October 2018, Software Developer from September 2014 to September 2017, and Software Quality Assurance from May 2012 to August 2014.

Rahim Millious obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computing Science from the University of Alberta, completing their studies from 2007 to 2012. Rahim later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity-Information Security from the Georgia Institute of Technology, attending from 2016 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Rahim Millious has obtained several certifications. Rahim became a Licensed Private Investigator through the Security Programs of the Alberta Ministry of Justice and Solicitor General in November 2020. Rahim also achieved the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in October 2020. Further, they acquired the Foundations of Operationalizing MITRE ATT&CK certification from AttackIQ in July 2021.

Rahim Millious has also earned various certifications from GIAC Certifications. Rahim obtained the GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) certification in August 2020, the GIAC Assessing and Auditing Wireless Networks (GAWN) certification in April 2021, and the GIAC Mobile Device Security Analyst (GMOB) certification in June 2022.

Additionally, Rahim Millious holds the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA, which they obtained in March 2022. Rahim also possesses the ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance, achieved in March 2015.
