Robbie Simpson has a diverse work experience in product marketing and customer success roles. Robbie began their career at Picatic as a Customer Success Manager from May 2012 to August 2014. Robbie then became a Partner, Product Marketing & Customer Success from September 2014 to August 2018. Robbie joined Eventbrite in August 2018 as a Product Marketing Manager, where they focused on driving awareness and adoption of the company's App Marketplace. Robbie was responsible for inbound opportunity assessments, go-to-market strategy for new products and partnerships, and marketing initiatives to grow client adoption and retention. During their tenure at Eventbrite, Robbie executed go-to-market strategies for 8 new product features and implemented a gift card program to assist clients during the COVID-19 crisis. In 2020, Robbie joined Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology as a Product Marketing Manager and then transitioned to the role of Senior Product Marketing Manager in October 2021.
