Intermediate Customer Onboarding Specialist at Clio

Sheldon Law has a diverse work history with experience in customer onboarding and success management roles. In 2017, Sheldon started as an Onboarding and Training Specialist at WellnessLiving, where they later became a Senior Onboarding and Training Specialist and then a Team Lead in Onboarding. They worked there until September 2021. From September 2021 to May 2022, Sheldon was a Customer Success Manager at LMN (Landscape Management Network). In 2022, they joined PartnerStack as an Onboarding Consultant for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients, where they worked until January 2023. Currently, Sheldon is an Intermediate Customer Onboarding Specialist at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, starting in March 2023.

Sheldon Law pursued their education at the University of Waterloo from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Human Nutrition. In 2016, they attended Humber College and obtained an Ontario Post-Graduate Certificate in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management. In addition to their academic achievements, Sheldon Law also obtained three certifications from Metriks in December 2016: Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator, Certified Office Ergonomic Assessor, and Certified Physical Demands Analysis Assessor.
