Customer Onboarding Team Lead at Clio

Sydney Conrad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sydney began their career at Mini Mioche Retail Inc. as a Retail Associate and later progressed to become a Retail Operations Manager. In this role, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and was responsible for managing the operations of the retail store. Sydney also served as an Event, Partnership, and Community Manager, where they successfully organized events and established partnerships to promote the brand.

Moving on, Sydney joined Athari as their Operations and Events Lead, where they played a crucial role in managing operations and organizing events. Sydney then transitioned to lululemon as an Educator at the Guest Education Centre before being promoted to Team Lead. During their tenure at lululemon, Sydney excelled in providing exceptional customer service and leading a team.

Currently, Sydney Conrad works at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology. Sydney initially joined as a Customer Onboarding Specialist and demonstrated their expertise in guiding customers through the onboarding process. Sydney was then promoted to Intermediate Customer Onboarding Specialist, where they further developed their skills in onboarding new customers. Currently, Sydney holds the position of Customer Onboarding Team Lead, showcasing their leadership abilities and overseeing the onboarding process.

Sydney Conrad obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto, where they studied from 2009 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Sydney also obtained certifications in Kid's Yoga Teaching from Rainbow Kids Yoga in July 2020, and in 200 hr Yoga Instruction from Iam Yoga in September 2017.
