Umaima Baig has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Umaima began their career at Subway as a Sandwich Artist in 2011, followed by a brief stint at Tim Hortons as a Drive Thru Leader in 2012. In 2013, they joined Student Housing and Hospitality Services as a Residence Advisor, a role they held until 2015. During this time, they also worked as a Centre for Student Involvement & Careers Assistant at The University of British Columbia for a few months in 2014.

In 2015, Umaima joined Chapman Learning Commons and took on the role of Desk Orientations & Outreach Lead. Umaima also worked with the web team in 2016. In 2017, they became a Student Coordinator at the Multidisciplinary Undergraduate Research Conference. Later that year, they joined Showpass as a Customer Support and Account Associate and then transitioned into a Customer Success role in 2018.

Umaima's most recent experience includes working at Clio, a cloud-based legal technology company. Umaima started as an Onboarding Specialist in 2018 and then progressed to become an Inside Sales Engineer in 2019. Umaima further advanced in their career, taking on the role of Associate Product Manager in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Product Manager at Clio.

Throughout their career, Umaima has gained valuable skills and expertise in product management, customer support, sales engineering, team management, and event coordination. Umaima has demonstrated a strong ability to adapt and grow in various roles and industries.
