Michael Thompson

Michael Thompson is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and strategic leadership across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer and Advisor at Clipp since July 2022, Thompson previously held the role of SVP of Operations and Chief Operating Officer at Wrk, where oversight included customer experience and quality assurance. At Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, Michael served as Vice President of Service Operations & Inside Sales, while at ReachLocal, Michael progressed through several leadership roles, including Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Chief of Staff, where Michael focused on integrating services post-acquisition and scaling operations. Thompson holds an MBA from East Texas A&M University and a BSBA from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
