Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller is a highly experienced technology professional currently serving as Managing Partner at Clipper Construction since October 2021. Prior to this role, Jeff held positions as a Software Engineer at S3K Solutions, Objective Solutions, Inc., Six3 Systems, and Red Arch Solutions, where expertise in database optimization, web application development, and system integration was demonstrated. Jeff’s early career included internships at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory and the Army C4ISR, as well as a work study with the United States Department of Defense, where foundational skills in software development and systems administration were developed. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
