Celso Paes possesses extensive experience in quality control and production management, currently serving as Gerente de Qualidade at Clipper Windpower since May 2011, where responsibilities include quality control of wind turbine blades, production oversight, and final product inspection. Prior roles include Gerente de Produção at VCI Molde Ind Com. Compositos Ltda from June 2014 to August 2015, managing all industrial operations, and Gerente de Qualidade at LTA Consultoria Ltda from November 2008 to April 2011, overseeing product quality and final inspections. Celso Paes holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes, earned between 1974 and 1978.
