Nikolas Westphal is currently the Managing Partner at Clipperton, overseeing operations in the DACH region. He previously held positions at GP Bullhound, Arma Partners, Morgan Stanley, and Blackstone, where he gained extensive experience in advising on M&A transactions and private placements in the technology sector. Westphal also has a strong educational background, holding a Dr. rer. oec. in Financial Economics from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
