We’re an investment company moving at the speed of life.

Our goal is to create a digital world for all. We build and invest in social impact platforms and businesses to empower communities. We leverage our innovative platforms and strategic collaborations to create impactful solutions that drive digital and financial inclusion.

We invest in people-driven solutions and technology that improve liquidity, reduce risk, and foster independence and wealth creation for the main market. Our investments break down barriers to the digital economy and encourage the lower 95% of the economically active population to participate in it and reach their financial goals.

We digitise key life occasions in language and terminology that is commonly understood and harness the power of our technology, consumer insights, and ubiquitous network to solve the main market’s daily struggles, giving consumers access to payment, financial planning, and investment services, as well as communication solutions and other business-to-business products.

Our investment portfolio consists of several FinTech solutions, including OTT Mobile Technologies, LAYAWAY, and EASYinvest, as well as CliqueMedia, a main market communications solution for micro-media owners. Each business has been developed from ideation to sustainability to embrace consumer behaviour and encourage the transition to emerging technologies and economies.

Our user base consists of 2+ million active consumers, growing at an average of 3,800 every day, and our multiple products are distributed via 150,000+ stores, reaching over 30 million people.

We believe strategic collaborations are a cruci success factor for the effective financial inclusion of the main market into the new digital world. Our partners comprise leading banks and financial institutions, financial service providers and FinTech companies, first-tier retailers and a robust aggregated SME network.

We’re always open to new collaborative partnerships–reach out to us.
