Oyango A. Snell, Esq., CAE, IOM, is a transformational C-suite association executive and visiting professor of law with nearly 20 years of experience in legal, government, and corporate affairs. They have served as the CEO of the California Lawyers Association and held senior leadership roles with the Western States Petroleum Association and various nonprofit associations. Oyango is a certified association executive and a nationally recognized motivational speaker, committed to championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director of the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium and as a Government Relations Consultant for Milliman while teaching law at the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law. They earned their Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
