Tobias Walter

Tobias Walter is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Notably serving as COO and CFO, and later CEO at Shoeboxed Inc. from September 2007 to March 2018, Tobias currently holds the position of Board Member at Clockout, Certificial, Pattern Health, WAAM, Spidr, and Approve. As a Partner at Cofounders Capital since February 2022, Tobias supports early-stage software ventures in North Carolina. Prior experience includes a role as VP of International Markets at studiVZ Ltd., and consulting at Scaleworks. An academic background includes degrees in Business, Economics, Finance from the University of Florida, International Business from EDHEC Business School, and a Master in Economics & Business Administration from Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung.
