Natalya Yemelyanova

Natalya Yemelyanova has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Natalya began their career as an IT recruiter at the company CodeX in January 2017, before moving on to Clockwise Software in July 2017. At Clockwise Software, Natalya initially held the role of IT recruiter before being promoted to Lead Recruiter in April 2019. Natalya then transitioned to the role of People Partner in September 2019, responsible for supporting the company's employees. In October 2021, Natalya was further promoted to the position of Head of People, where they currently serve. During their time at Clockwise Software, they have demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition and management. Prior to their work in the IT industry, Natalya briefly worked as a psychologist at the Association "ХіД" from August to December 2016.

Natalya Yemelyanova completed their education from 2012 to 2017 at Dnipropetrovsk National University. Natalya earned a specialist degree in Psychology during this time.
