Shea Bauer

Shea Bauer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital project management and operations. Currently serving as Operations Lead and Digital Project Lead at Clockwork since October 2018, Shea oversees web, social media, and data projects across Xbox International in 37 countries for social media and 44 countries for web. Prior roles include Senior Digital Project Manager at Joe Public, where responsibilities encompassed team management, client liaison, project management for various high-profile brands, and budget management. Additionally, experience as Account Manager at Phatic Communications involved campaign strategy and execution for notable brands, alongside early career roles in digital marketing and tutoring. Shea holds a BA Hons in Media Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand and continues to enhance skills through ongoing education at Shaw Academy and UCT.
