Chuck Hermes

Chuck Hermes is an experienced design professional with a diverse background in both academia and the corporate sector. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of St. Thomas since February 2024, Chuck has also held the position of Chief Experience Officer and Founding Partner at Clockwork since January 2002. Previously, Chuck was the Creative Director and Founding Partner at Bitstream Underground, Inc., leading a design team in creating web-based projects for major clients such as Hewlett Packard and Microsoft, and earning multiple awards from the Web Marketing Association. Earlier in their career, Chuck founded Stress-Lab, Inc. as an Art Director and worked as a Graphic Designer at Paisley Park, where Chuck established the company's first in-house design department.
