Jaden Johnston is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, sales operations, and customer success across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of Business Development at Clockwork since March 2022, Jaden leads various initiatives to address enterprise challenges through experience design and technology consultancy. Previously, as VP of Client Success at Lumen Learning, Jaden directed a team of 13 regional sales directors and managed the end-to-end sales process. Jaden's earlier roles include Head of Operations and Business Development at Tugboat, Program Director and Director of Sales and Customer Success at Treehouse, and Director of Sales and Marketing at ThinkShout. With a career that began in sales operations at Connective DX and Fiserv EFT, Jaden holds educational credentials from Portland Community College.
