Thaddeus Andres

Thaddeus Andres has extensive work experience in the marketing and communications field. Thaddeus is currently working as the Marketing Director at Clockwork since January 2023. Prior to this, Thaddeus worked as the Founder at Retaindly, where they produced thought leadership content, managed marketing materials, and collaborated with executive search firms and recruiters.

Thaddeus also had a role at Clockwork as the Director of Marketing & Partnerships from September 2019 to September 2020. In this position, they were responsible for identifying potential partners and managing contract integration builds.

Before joining Clockwork, Thaddeus worked at The Cluen Corporation as the Director of Social Media & Content from November 2018 to August 2019. Thaddeus also held a position as an Account Executive at Not Actively Looking from July 2018 to September 2018.

Thaddeus gained valuable experience in marketing and communications during their tenure at IIC Partners, where they served as the Head of Marketing and Communications from January 2017 to June 2018. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Marketing & Communications Manager from January 2014 to March 2017.

Thaddeus began their career at the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) as a Data and Communications Associate from April 2011 to December 2011. Thaddeus later became the Database and Communications Manager from January 2012 to December 2013.

Before transitioning to the marketing field, Thaddeus worked as a Marketing Specialist at Phelan Construction LLC from October 2010 to February 2011. Thaddeus also gained experience as a Banquet and Events Bartender at InterContinental Hotels Group from November 2007 to May 2010.

Thaddeus Andres obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Advertising/Public Relations from Marquette University during the period of 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, Thaddeus was awarded the Marquette University Jesuit High School Scholarship by Marquette University, in pursuit of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Additionally, Thaddeus holds an Executive Recruiting Certification from Clockwork, which was obtained in January 2023.
