John Lucas is a highly accomplished global Human Resources executive with over three decades of experience in cultural transformation, leadership development, and team energization. As a 3X Chief Human Resources Officer for major corporations—including Lockheed Martin, Goodyear, and Stanley Black & Decker—John has demonstrated a keen ability to navigate complex business challenges and drive organizational success. Currently, they serve as Principal at True North Human Capital Consulting, LLC, and hold Board Advisory roles at CloneForce and GrowthSpace. John has a notable history of coaching and mentoring future HR leaders, with 23 former direct reports who have achieved C-suite positions, an achievement they take great pride in.
