We have a single ambition : to bring out the best in the grapes from our vineyards in the Caramany terroir. Nothing is left to chance ; meticulous monitoring of all stages of viticulture, manual harvesting, differentiated vinification for each plot and each grape variety, control of ageing in vats and oak barrels. We want to preserve the expression of the fruit at all costs, extract its essence, magnify it and craft wines that reflect the unique character of our terroir and are unlike any others.

Une seule ambition : valoriser les raisins de nos parcelles en terroir de Caramany. On ne laisse rien au hasard ; suivi méticuleux de toutes les étapes de viticulture, vendanges manuelles, vinifications différentiées de chaque parcelle et de chaque cépage, contrôle de l’élevage en cuves et en fûts de chêne … nous voulons préserver à tout prix l’expression des fruits, en extraire l’essence, les magnifier et façonner nos vins qui traduiront la typicité de notre terroir et ne ressembleront à aucun autre.
