Will Painter

Will Painter has held various legal roles over the years. Will started their career as a Trainee Solicitor and Associate at Allen & Overy from September 2011 to February 2014. Will then worked as a Legal Counsel at AECOM from March 2014 to January 2016. Following that, they joined Almacantar as a Legal Counsel from January 2016 to March 2019 before being promoted to Legal Director from March 2019 to July 2021. Will then served as the General Counsel at Collecting Cars from October 2021 to March 2022. Currently, they are working at Close Brothers as a Senior Legal Counsel since March 2022 and has been appointed as the Head of Legal - Motor from January 2023.

Will Painter attended Sevenoaks School from 2000 to 2005, where they completed their International Baccalaureate degree. Will then enrolled at the University of Exeter from 2006 to 2009, earning a BA Hons degree in History & International Relations. Finally, from 2009 to 2011, they attended The College of Law, Moorgate, where they obtained an LLB degree in Law.
