Allison’s HR certifications include SPHR and SHRM-CP and her people management expertise includes employee relations, training and development, compliance issues, and more. In addition, she is fluent in Spanish.

Allison and her husband, Matthew, reside in Durham with their daughter, Madeline. Allison is a big Green Bay Packer’s fan, loves to travel, and has visited over 30 countries thus far.
