Close the Loop® is a global circular economy company transforming how the world manages materials, products and resources. We deliver advanced recycling, IT asset recovery and next-generation sustainable packaging solutions that keep materials in use and reduce waste to landfill.

Founded in Melbourne in 2001 on a clear vision of no resource wasted, we now operate across Australia, the Americas and EMEA. Our teams partner with global brands, OEMs, government agencies, manufacturers, retailers and councils to solve complex challenges across recovery, technology and packaging.

Resource Recovery and Circular Solutions

We run large-scale product stewardship programs that collect, sort and recycle complex waste streams including printer consumables, cosmetics, batteries, soft plastics and e-waste. Through proprietary technologies such as TonerPlas® and rFlex™, we convert difficult materials into high-value outputs used in roads, packaging and advanced manufacturing.

IT Asset Recovery and Secure Disposition (ITAD)

We provide end-to-end enterprise IT lifecycle management, including certified decommissioning, secure data destruction, refurbishment, remarketing through trusted channel partners and ethical recycling. As a Global HP Platinum Certified Renew Partner, we maximise recovery value, protect data and extend the life of enterprise technology.

Sustainable Packaging Solutions

We deliver high-performance recyclable, compostable and reusable packaging engineered for circularity. From flexible films and stand-up pouches to paper-based and rigid formats, our solutions combine material science, regulatory expertise and future-ready design. Our Smarter Packaging for a Circular Future platform supports brands in meeting sustainability and performance goals.

Across every division, our purpose remains the same: to close the loop on valuable materials, deliver measurable ESG outcomes and accelerate the global transition to a truly circular economy.
