Bart G.

Bart G. has a wealth of experience in software and web development, as well as business consultation and event management. Bart began their career in 2003 as the founder and software developer of hiphopArt.pl, an online magazine. In 2008, they co-founded eBitwa.pl, an online contest platform, which reached 3,000 Polish photographers and organized over 1,000 contests. In 2010, they founded Boneo.pl, a daily deals platform with the ability to communicate with customers. In 2011, they were a strategy consultant intern at QUEST Change Managers Sp. z o.o., where they were responsible for creating a post-service-clients application and event management application. Bart also co-founded Corton sp. z o.o., the first and largest social design agency in Poland, and served as the first CEO. In 2015, they worked as an interactive developer at Chalk + Chisel, where they devised, designed and developed digital products for clients in entertainment, lifestyle and non-profit industries. In 2016, they were a co-founder at Higher, where they helped companies find employees that fit their DNA and create engaging workplaces. In 2017, they were a senior frontend engineer at Close, where they worked on a CRM and sales communication platform with integrated VoIP phone and email syncing. In 2019, they co-founded Workate.

Bart G. completed a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General (without thesis) from Warsaw University of Technology between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the same university between 2007 and 2011.
