Drew Geraets

Drew Geraets has a long and varied work history. Drew began their career as an Assistant Track Coach at DeLaSalle High School in 2004, followed by a Web Producer role at WCCO-TV in 2005. In 2006, they were a Web Specialist at Concordia University, St. Paul. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Digital Media Manager at City University of New York Graduate School of Journalism, where they built the school's web presence from the ground up on WordPress. In 2010, they became a Web Producer at American Public Media. From 2012 to 2013, they were Co-Founder/Designer at HouseTalent. From 2013 to 2015, they were a UX Designer, Senior UX Designer, and Lead Designer at UnitedHealth Group. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Product Designer and Product Design Manager at Granicus. In 2019, they became a Member Board Of Directors at Minnesota Daily and a Product Design Manager and Sr. Product Designer at Close, where they work on all aspects of the product and their design system.

Drew Geraets earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in 2005, with a major in Journalism and Political Science.
