Liz Stephany

Liz Stephany has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 as an Assistant Property Manager, Property Coordinator, and Licensed Real Estate Agent at Cassidy Turley. Liz then worked as a Legal Clerk at McNabb, Bragorgos & Burgess, PLLC and at the Shelby County District Attorney's General Office in 2010 and 2011 respectively. In 2012, Liz began working at Thomson Reuters as a Team Lead, Sales and Account Management, Subscription Sales and Recovery Representative, and Inside Account Manager. Liz then moved to Oracle in 2015 as a Consultant and Advisor for Human Capital Management. In 2017, Liz co-founded Inspekt.us, an operational technology cybersecurity startup, and held the roles of operations, marketing, and business development. In 2016, Liz began working at Close as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Manager of the Customer Success Team, Director of Customer Success, and Senior Director of Customer Success. Finally, in 2019, Liz founded CSMentorMatch, a CSM mentoring program that connects senior customer success managers, directors, and executives to frontline CSMs.

Liz Stephany obtained their High School Diploma from Father Ryan High School. Liz then went on to earn their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Women's Studies from Saint Louis University between 2004 and 2007. After that, they completed their Juris Doctor from The University of Memphis\u2014Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law between 2009 and 2012. Liz Stephany also obtained a certification as an On Deck Fellow from On Deck in June 2022.
