Matt Bonde

Matt Bonde has over 10 years of professional experience in customer success, product management, and sales. In 2018, they joined Close as a Product Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role, they were responsible for Close.io, an inside sales CRM for startups and SMBs. Prior to Close, Matt was the Director of Customer Success and Partnerships at Proscape Technologies from 2014 to 2018. In this role, they provided initial consulting and discovery to prospective clients and successfully converted over $700K in new and repeat business. From 2011 to 2014, Matt worked at Best Buy as a Computing Sales Supervisor and Community Specialist. As a Computing Sales Supervisor, they led a top-performing sales team and was responsible for a department with $10MM annual sales. As a Community Specialist, they coordinated community events with local non-profit organizations, generating over $10,000 in Best Buy grants.

Matt Bonde attended Villanova University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
