Caroline Arede has an extensive work experience starting in 2010 as a Volunteer Intern at Grameen Bank. Caroline later held roles such as Private Equity Intern at Siguler Guff & Company, Impact Investment Analyst at Fundação Lemann, and Founder at Kor Ventures. Most recently, they served as the Founder & CEO of Oli Saúde until 2023 when they transitioned to the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Closecare.
Caroline Arede completed their K-12 education at Colegio Visconde de Porto Seguro from 1998 to 2008. Caroline then attended Markgraf-Georg-Friedrich-Gymnasium from 2007 to 2008 for high school. Caroline pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa from 2009 to 2013, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution from 2012 to 2014. In 2012, they also took a course on Principles and Lessons on Leadership at Harvard University. Finally, in 2016, they participated in a bootcamp focused on entrepreneurship with Steve Blank at Columbia Business School.
