Rob Way

Rob Way has extensive work experience in the finance and management sector. Rob started their career at Deloitte in 1995 as a Manager in Corporate Recovery, where they worked until 2000. In 2000, Way joined Betterware UK Ltd as the Group Financial Controller and later became the Group Finance Director. From 2007, they took on the role of Group Managing Director, overseeing the overall management of the UK business activities and expansion into Poland. Throughout their career, Way has demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in financial management and business operations.

Rob Way studied Physics for their undergraduate degree at the University of Birmingham from 1992 to 1995, achieving a First Class BSc (Hons). Rob then pursued a Chartered Accountant (ACA) certification at Deloitte from 1995 to 1998.
