Timothy Taylor is a seasoned Timed-Text Systems Engineer with extensive experience in closed captioning, subtitling, and multilingual media workflows. Currently at Closed Caption Creator since September 2025, Timothy focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing captioning and subtitling pipelines for various platforms. Timothy previously served as a Systems & Media Engineer III at Warner Bros. Discovery, where responsibilities included media asset creation and workflow support utilizing cloud and on-premises environments. Notably, as a Live Streaming Technical Solutions & Engineering Facilitator at Speed-WP International Captioning, Timothy pioneered the first live English closed captioning delivery for a Japanese broadcast. Other experience includes a long tenure as Chief Engineer in Technical Operations at VITAC, ensuring the uptime of the facility and operational systems.
