Jared B. Fries

Jared B. Fries is a third-generation educator with extensive experience in fostering partnerships between nonprofit education technology organizations and school districts. As the Director of Partnerships at Closegap, Jared is currently leading initiatives to grow a mental health platform for schools. Previously, Jared held various positions including Program Manager at Summit Learning and Director of Strategy and Operations at Operation Noah, Inc. Jared's academic background includes degrees from Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania, and they have a commitment to staying connected to students through ongoing substitute teaching with the San Francisco Unified School District.
