Zachary Bailey currently serves as the Hannaford To Go Team Leader at Hannaford Supermarkets since April 2024. As the Founder of zachbaileydev since March 2022, Zachary developed a successful end-to-end sales cycle that significantly increased revenue and improved team performance through training and process enhancements. Prior experience includes roles as a White Water Raft Guide at New England Outdoors Center, Sales and Leasing Consultant at Honda Motor Co., Ltd., where Zachary maintained a high closing ratio during the COVID-19 pandemic and implemented effective sales strategies, and Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, focusing on customer-tailored solutions. Zachary began a career in the US Navy, serving as a Seaman and Electronics Technician Navigation, where leadership skills were cultivated.
