Philippe Lavarde

Philippe Lavarde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the maritime and lubricants industries. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Closelink since May 2016, Philippe has led the development of an online procurement platform tailored for ship management companies. Prior to this role, Philippe served as Key Account Manager for bp, managing notable clients in Germany, Benelux, and Cyprus, while also participating in BP's European Leadership Programme. Philippe's career includes previous positions at Bose Corporation as an Account Manager and at bp in various sales and management roles. Philippe holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt (BA) in International Business Administration from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and a Bachelor of Arts from The Open University, complemented by a semester abroad at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
