Closing Foundry is an operator-led revenue execution consultancy for B2B software and tech-enabled teams.

We help founder led companies and revenue leaders close the gap between target, forecast and actuals by fixing or building the system underneath how the team sells.

That system includes the practical things that decide whether growth becomes repeatable: ICP, value story, process, method, qualification standards, behaviours, CRM workflow and the weekly rhythm.

We are usually called when deals keep moving, forecasts need too much explanation, the founder or CRO is back inside opportunities, or the next growth move will stretch the current way of selling - new sellers, new markets, larger deals or a new sales motion.

Our method is Closing OS:

Design - work out what needs to change first.
Enable - build the change into playbooks, workflow, CRM and coaching.
Run - run the week with the team until the new way sticks.

The usual starting point is 5 Days to Scale: a focused Design sprint that gives the team a diagnosis, GTM blueprint and practical 90-day plan.

For teams that need the system installed and run, Closing OS Install is the 90-day engagement.

We also work with investors and programme partners where the job is to make commercial execution risk visible earlier and turn it into a practical intervention path.

Operator led. Evidence led. Built for the week, not the workshop.

HQ in the UK, working across Europe and North America.
