Paul B.

Paul B. began their career in 2002 as a QA specialist at Pall Corporation. In 2004, they became an IT Support Specialist at Websense, Inc. where they handled 40-85 support calls per day and achieved a 60% first call resolution rate. In 2005, they took on the role of an Independent Consultant at Bauer-Power Consultation. From 2006-2009, Paul B. was a Systems Administrator and Help Desk Agent at Newland Communities, LLC. During this time, they provided telephone, e-mail, and walk-up support for the IT Help Desk, configured and administered Avaya phone systems, and created and maintained user accounts in Windows 2003 Active Directory. In 2009, Paul B. took on two roles: a Sr. Systems Engineer at SharePoint360 and an Adjunct Instructor at Coleman University. In 2011, they became the Network and Security Manager and later the Director of Infrastructure at ClosingCorp. In 2021, Paul B. transitioned from Director, IT Infrastructure under ClosingCorp to a new title of Leader, IT Infrastructure at CoreLogic, where they are responsible for maintaining network and security for ClosingCorp's applications and infrastructure.

Paul B. has an extensive education history, beginning with a Bachelor of Science in Network Security from Coleman University in 2008 and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networking from Coleman College in 2008. Paul also earned an Associate of Science in Computer Networking from Coleman College in 2007. Paul B. has also obtained various certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft, Websense, Inc., and VMware. These include Security+, Network+, Server+, A+, Cloud+, CSCP, CCAP, and CNIP certifications.
